I am boring…
Last Monday I started my job instructing at the college. I spent a lot of time preparing, because I have never taught before and I didn’t want to look like a moron.
About 20 minutes into my class, I realized that… I am boring. I was bored listening to myself, so I can only imagine how boring my students thought it was. Granted, the subject is not exactly inspiring, but I thought I might be mildly entertaining.
I am not.
Fortunately for me, students are used to sitting for hours and listening to boring people.
