Ok, Bill Gates Wins
Typically I’m not one to be a first adopter of new technology offered by Microsoft, as it is notorious for making all of your stuff stop working the second you install it. However, my new Dell computer with Vista Ultimate arrived yesterday, and I have to tell you, I’m sold.
Vista Ultimate is like Mac OS on steriods. It looks JUST like Mac, it works just like Mac, and it has the number crunching power that a PC should always have. It makes the new Macs look like big white paper weights.
The system boots up in less than 30 seconds… something I’ve never experienced of any computer before this one. Office 2007 is actually pretty nice, once you figure out where they hid the save and print menus.
The only catch is you’ll need a new computer with about a billion gigabytes of ram.
