I could not agree more, I think it is insanity for anyone to even suggest that a RADIO program be shut down for influencing an election. What people don't realize is when John Kerry was running for president Howard Stern unleashed a huge daily campaign for the guy. And at the time Stern was on at least as many markets as Limbaugh if not more. The difference was that Stern's campaign failed miserably because Americans (collectively) are smarter than any radio guy. Not because they didn't elect Kerry, but because people didn't vote for Kerry JUST because some Radio guy said, "Hey go do this."
