		<description>Oh man, that's funny but I can beat ya.  I have reviewed many friends and family members resumes over the years and only seen 1 with a picture.

My friend/coworker was NOT a hot girl, in fact the guys called him Marlboro Man because of his hair and mustache.  I didn't ask him to take it off because it was unflattering, instead I advised him that with equal opportunity hiring based on looks had been done away with.
